Custom Coasters
Have an idea you’d love turned into a little set of painted coasters? These are hand-painted on natural wood slices and finished with a clear epoxy seal to protect the artwork and give them a smooth, durable finish.
Each set is made to order in my own painting style. You can choose something book-inspired, botanical, countryside, fantasy, animal-themed, seasonal, or just based on an idea you have in mind.
How it works
Choose your set size, then use the customization form to tell me what you’re imagining.
You can include:
The overall theme or idea
Specific books, animals, flowers, landscapes, symbols, or details you’d like included
Colors you’re drawn to
Anything you definitely do or don’t want
Reference links or inspiration
You can either have each coaster coordinate around one theme or request slightly different designs within the same set.
About the coasters
Each coaster is painted by hand on a real wood slice, so the shape, grain, bark, size, and natural markings will vary slightly from piece to piece.
That variation is part of what makes each set unique.
Once painted, the coasters are sealed with epoxy to help protect the artwork from moisture and everyday use.
Because these are handmade pieces, small variations in the wood, painting, and epoxy finish are completely normal.
Custom artwork
Reference images are welcome and helpful, but they’ll be used as inspiration rather than copied exactly.
I’ll create your set in my own painting style while keeping the details and overall feeling you requested in mind.
Turnaround
Custom coaster sets are made to order, so turnaround may vary depending on the design, number of coasters, and my current order queue.
If you need them by a specific date, please include that in your order notes. I can’t guarantee every deadline, but I’ll let you know if I’m able to accommodate it.
Changes & cancellations
Because these are custom-made specifically for you, please make sure your design details are as complete as possible when ordering.
Once painting has begun, major changes to the original design may not be possible.
Custom orders are nonrefundable once work has started.
Shipping & care
Your finished coasters will be carefully packaged before shipping.
While the epoxy finish helps protect the artwork from moisture, these are still handmade art pieces. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and avoid soaking, dishwashers, or prolonged exposure to water or high heat.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the coasters and packaging so I can help make it right.
International Shipping
International shipping is available by quote. Because rates vary based on artwork size, destination, and insurance, international orders are priced individually.
If you’re located outside the U.S., please submit your shipping location and the piece you’re interested in through the Work With Me form. I’ll send you a shipping quote and Squarespace invoice to complete your order.
